Every bottle is nurtured and handcrafted with its own individual number.
The combined minimum aged of our blends is a minimum 3 years in Bourbon Barrels, bottled at 40% / 80 Proof. This is the legal requirement to be classified as a Blended Irish Whiskey.
The result is an Ultra-smooth, complex blended Irish Whiskey. Join us for a toast and of course, Slainte.

The Secret
We blend Triple Distilled malted Peat into the whiskey. Why? It is the ‘seasoning’. It is not earthy, peaty or smoky on the palate. We don’t claim this is like an Islay. Peat in this blend is the secret bond that brings the elements together.
